Four months away from celebrating Pride Month in June, The Swoosh returns to its Be True collection which featured the Nike Cortez and Dunk Low, among others, as a tribute to October in LGBTQIA+ history. Kicking off the revival is the first WNBA signature silhouette to surface since 2006 in the Nike Air Deldon 1.
Utilizing a mix of smooth leather and suede overlays boasting a light cream hue, the established neutral tone sets the stage for the models canvas upper to flaunt a multi-colored rainbow ensemble that stops just short of the medial side heels. Contrasting hits of light gray are constructed from the tongue’s jersey upper, connected Flyease Swoosh and “BETRUE” embroidery covering the inside heel collars while the mudguard and laces pick up with speckles from the tonal spectrum. Other embellishments render an additional mini “BETRUE” branding along the forefoot, a color-matched snap hook, and finished with a collection of established hues filling the insoles in conclusion.

In other news under the Beaverton-based brands umbrella, the Nike Dunk Low is set to release in an “Adobe Clay” version in 2023.
