According to the Chinese zodiac calendar, 2022 should be the âYears of the Tigerâ. To celebrate, the Swoosh put together a kids’ Nike Dunk Low covered in striped cat details.
Indeed, the upcoming pair is split into two sections, with the forefoot indulging in a light gray contrasting with the predominantly black arrangement that appears from the midfoot to the spine. Both sections, however, feature high-quality suede material, with contoured swooshes, overlays along the tongue, and panels near the top of the tongue bearing an intricate knit pattern. Gold tiger stripes are embroidered throughout the heel, with the text “NIKE” on the spine of the Nike Dunk opting for the same tone. Logos on the tongue label and sock lining join the satin-covered collar to introduce a copper-like hue into the mix. Finally, a semi-translucent bright orange takes over the outsole, revealing black spots that are more reminiscent of the tiger.
Check out the official images of the shoes in Grade School, Pre-School and Toddler sizes below, and look forward to the launch of Nike SNKRS soon.
