Although logistics issues at sea have delayed a few product launches, the sneaker world has continued to spin with rumors, release date confirmations and more over the past week.

According to program representatives, Nike SNKRS has granted exclusive access to Off-White’s Nike Dunk Low “Dear Summer” collection to a considerable number of members who previously excluded Virgil Abloh’s brand releases. A concrete number of community attempts to drop have not been released alongside this news, but that hasn’t stopped countless netizens from voicing their displeasure at not being included in the initiative.

Far from the plans that originated in Illinois, the Nike Air Kukini would return in style throughout 2022. First released in 2000, the unorthodox design was retroceded for the first time in 2012, but did not attract a lot of attention from the general public. Fans and new fans alike were treated last year via a Stussy collaboration, which appears to have sown the seeds for a proper re-release of the turn-of-the-century running sneaker. As has been the case with other silhouettes that are no longer in fashion, it is likely that the Swoosh will call on one or more high profile collaborators to energize the Kukini. Only time will tell, however.

Although she was recently at the center of a running controversy, Colombian mega-star J Balvin gave a first glimpse of her impending Air Jordan 2 collaboration. was not revealed in the teaser image, the pair’s glow-in-the-dark outsole and ‘Wings’ logo on the tongue have been confirmed. Elsewhere, Nike SB sponsored skater Oskar “Oski” Rozenberg practically confirmed another Nike SB Dunk High design. Continuing the shark-inspired theme that popped up when it first collaborated in December 2019, the upcoming sneakers feature the aquatic predator instead of profile swooshes. One of KAWS ‘take on the sacai x Nike Blazer Low also appeared via official images, continuing each party’s respective partnership with NIKE, Inc.

In the sneaker news, Team Jumpman presented the Jordan Zoom Separate – a sneaker inspired by Luka Dončić’s kickback – abroad. adidas YEEZY also indirectly announced a “Stone Carbon” colorway of the YEEZY KNIT RUNNER slip-on.
