What is the story?
Arguably the Nike brand has been associated with everything football-related for years, with some of the game’s biggest stars representing the sportswear giant.
For one thing, Manchester United star Cristiano Ronaldo is one of Nike’s flagship bearers and even had a signature sneaker with the label. Fans around the world could get their hands on the Air Force 1 Low CR7, which Nike has described as its more “organized†version of the sneaker.

Popular kicks come with gold trim, with the famous swoosh receiving a gold accent as well. The infamous acronym “CR7” is imprinted on the heel of the shoe, its price being around the R3000 mark.

For Makaringe, the Bucs star himself has an impressive collection of sneakers. As a top Nike PSL athlete, the former Maritzburg United man often takes to his Instagram account, showing off his Nike drops and clothing.
With his shoes, Makaringe is often seen wearing a wide range of Nike sneakers, Air Max and even rare Jordan sneakers!
