The new Frame x Ritz Paris collection might be the most stylish product yet

Last year, the Ritz hotel started its first ever collaboration with a fashion brand, and it was a great success. The exclusive Frame x Ritz Hotel capsule debuted in October 2021 and sold out almost immediately, because who wouldn’t want to stroll through the chic French hotelier? Don’t worry if you missed your chance last year, as both brands are launching their second limited-edition collection this week, featuring a host of new products and designs.

While Frame, an American brand, might not seem like the immediate partner of choice for such a French hotel, the collaboration actually makes so much sense, as the idea for a collaboration was born when Frame co-founder , Erik Torstensson, was chatting with his friend Camilla Al-Fayed, who happens to be the daughter of Mohamed Al-Fayed, the owner of the Ritz. “The Ritz Paris is one of the most iconic heritage brands in the world, and I try to stay there whenever I’m in Paris,” Torstensson told the Observer. “Camilla Fayed is also a friend, so when she texted me about the collaboration, I was thrilled to marry the elevated experience of the Ritz Paris and its founding logo with the European aesthetic of Frame’s collections. “

“The response to the first collaboration was one of our most successful to date,” said Torstensson. “Sales have been incredible, and we’ve even seen key pieces like the debut collection varsity jacket sell for 5x retail value.”

Frame had also worked with famous hotels before, as the brand had previously released two popular capsules with the Carlyle, an iconic Upper East Site haunt in New York.

The new Frame x Ritz hotel has arrived.

“The second [Frame x Ritz Paris] capsule offers almost double the styles, creating a complete set of cool, sophisticated but off-duty essentials – keepsakes you can incorporate into your everyday life,” explained Torstensson. “By purchasing one of these everyday luxuries, guests can be part of the fantasy of the Ritz Paris experience, whether they are staying there or not.”

The new Frame x Ritz Paris drop is made up of 44 pieces, with new categories including children’s clothing, down jackets, sneakers and puppy accessories. There’s always womenswear, menswear, and unisex classics, of course, like a stylish bomber jacket, comfy beanie, cozy sweaters, and soft tees, in addition to loungewear (think striped pajamas worthy of Eloise) and adorable blankets. The campaign, photographed by Alasdair McLellan, showcases the best of Paris and New York, with images of the Ritz brand represented in New York.

The limited-edition collaboration is live now and will sell out fast. Below, discover our favorite pieces from the second Frame x Ritz Hotel collection.
