Xbox nail polish unlocks Halo and Forza Horizon cosmetics



A new partnership between Xbox and the nail polish brand OPI is about to be launched. It will allow you to unlock in-game skins for Halo Infinite and Forza Horizon 5 that match your actual cosmetics.

Announced on Xbox Blog, the OPI x Xbox collection will include twelve different shades of nail polish, launching on February 1. Purchasing the polishes from select (and unannounced) retailers will also give you access to color-matched cosmetic items for Halo Infinite and Forza Horizon 5, which will apparently allow players to change up their armor and car paint jobs. to match the color of their nails.

According to Xbox, a full list of colors that will be available throughout the collaboration (and their original names) can be seen below:

  • Quartz Quest: A sparkling rose quartz that will put you in the winner’s circle.
  • Pixel dust: A shimmering mauve pink that will pixelate your world.
  • Race for roses: A pink cream that will make your engine roar.
  • Suzi is my avatar: A creamy pink nude that will give you virtual power.
  • Commercial painting: An apricot cream for which you will run to the end.
  • Heart and soul: A shimmering crimson red that takes nails to the next level.
  • The Pass is always greener: Meet your matcha with this creamy pastel green.
  • Sage simulation: Lose yourself in a shimmering sage green simulation.
  • You got me at Halo: A shimmering galactic blue that will give you sparkling stats.
  • Unable to CTRL me: A shimmering robin egg blue that cannot be CTRL.
  • Success unlocked: Unlock a world of colors optimized for lilac.
  • N00berry: Berries enhance your nails with this deep purple cream.

When the collaboration releases on February 1, it will be available retail in the United States at ULTA. The collection will also launch worldwide on the same day from a range of OPI retailers including Amazon,,, and more.

This isn’t the first Xbox collaboration to be announced in recent times. Microsoft announced a number of joint projects last year, including a collaboration with Adidas that brought the world its very first set of Xbox console-inspired sneakers, a partnership with Krispy Kreme to launch a donut-themed the Xbox, and the rather expensive version of a $ 10,000 Xbox Series X, when the company partnered with Gucci.
